Refund Policy

At MEK•IDIM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange a product, please find the most important information below.

You may return or exchange your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your package.

Important Requirements for Returns:

  • Please ensure that the items, along with any accessories and original packaging, are in perfect condition.

  • Labels and any seals must be intact.

  • Please note the exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Opened coffee beans (if the seal was removed) or products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (if their seal was removed after delivery), as well as personalized custom-made items, are excluded from exchange and withdrawal.

How to Process Your Return – Step by Step:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning anything, please contact us via email at info@mekidim.com. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Return Label: After your contact, we will promptly send you a free return label via email.

  3. Preparation: Carefully package the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Shipping: Affix the return label you received from us clearly onto your package and drop it off at the designated post office or parcel service point. We will cover the costs for the return shipment.

Refund:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order, within 7 calendar days.

  • MEK•IDIM reserves the right to withhold repayment until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.

  • A compensation for loss of value may be charged for products that have lost value due to handling not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We reserve the right to reject items that are no longer in the condition in which you received them.
