We operate with tiered shipping based on geographic region, which is calculated at checkout.

Your Shipping Zones & Free Shipping Thresholds:

Zone 1: Austria & Germany

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 working days

  • Free Standard Shipping (2-4 Days) on all orders.

Zone 2: European Neighbors

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-6 working days

  • Standard Shipping Fee (for orders under €100.00):

    • €10.00: Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia

    • €12.50: Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Sweden

  • Free Standard Shipping (3-6 Days) on all orders of €100.00 or more.

Zone 3: Further European & International Destinations

  • Estimated Delivery: Varies by country (see below). Please note: For non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, Norway), customs processing may add additional time and potential duties/taxes to these estimates.

  • Standard Shipping Fee (for orders under €130.00):

    • €19.00 (4-8 Days): Switzerland, Finland

    • €24.00 (4-8 Days): Spain, United Kingdom

    • €34.00 (5-9 Days): Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovenia

    • €39.00 (7-14+ Days): Belarus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Serbia, Norway

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of €130.00 or more.

    • The estimated delivery days for Free Standard Shipping will match the estimates listed above for your country.

Important Notes:

  • When we refer to 'working days,' we mean business days. This means our delivery time estimates exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • All shipping fees are per order, not per item.

  • MEK•IDIM is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country for international orders outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
